The loading procedure
A clear procedure with no surprises: weight on our own weighbridge, quality by joint sampling, documents on the same day.
The truck arrives at the site
The driver reports to the weighbridge and the tare weight is recorded. Address and coordinates are on the contacts page, with a point on Yandex Maps.
Loading
The lot is loaded from the warehouse; crop and lot are agreed in advance.
Weighing
Gross weight on exit; net weight is the difference according to the shipper's weighbridge and goes into the waybill.
Sampling
Samples are drawn jointly with the buyer's representative and recorded in a signed act. The sample is split into equal parts and sealed.
Arbitration sample
One part stays with us for 30 calendar days in case of a quality dispute.
Documents
Shipping documents are issued together with the SDIZ record in FGIS Zerno.
Independent surveyor
If the buyer prefers not to determine quality in-house, we give the surveyor access to the goods for sampling at the moment of loading and to the laboratory at the place of loading for joint analysis. The surveyor is agreed between the parties and paid for by the party that requested the survey.
